Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and run a full breach search on the Free plan without entering any payment details. You only add a card when you decide to upgrade.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like from the Billing page. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is my data safe with CrypseVault?
Protecting your information is the entire point of the product. We never store the passwords you check, payment details are handled directly by Stripe, and sensitive search history is redacted at rest.
What does Expert Investigation cost?
Expert engagements are priced individually by the vetted expert or institution you choose. You see their quote up front and only pay if you decide to proceed.
